Coilovers with Factory Ride Height??

Hi everyone! I have a 2015 Mini Cooper Paceman (base, automatic, w/o sport suspension, 45603 miles) My tires have shown significant cupping so I need to replace the struts and shocks and figured this would be the best time to also lift my Paceman like I've been wanting

I'm looking for recommendations on replacement shocks and struts or coilover kits that will either keep or raise the factory ride height. Everything "performance" I've come across lowers it by ~1" at the least and it seems like a waste to install a 2" lift kit just to end up with 1" higher than factory.

What are my (ideally affordable) options?

Thanks!

I would keep / reuse stock springs, and add a set of Bilstein B6 shocks. Any of the off-the-shelf coilover kits are going to give you a lowered appearance.
