I have a 2013 mcs. I went to replace the bulbs in 3 of my arch lights for a sticker today and only the right rear is working. I didnt have much time but i tried to use a volt meter n test light on the front right but didnt see any power. Does anybody know if the fronts and rears are on seperate fuses or something. I searched and read the plugs can go bad or could be a wire. Which i could see if it was only 1 out. but 3 of 4 being bad all at once seems kinda wierd. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

 

one of my sidemarker plugs was melted and had to be replaced, only one of the others worked but I replaced the bulbs and all is good

 

Thats the wierd thing. I tried all the bulbs in the socket that works all are good. Then tried the other 3 plugs in the 1 that was working they all worked. So i kno the plugs and bulbs are good. I looked at the wireing as far back as i could the rears go into the body after a foot n front behind the wheel arch cover but they looked ok no obvous sign of damage or pinching. I cant find my volt meeter to test them so i need to buy a new 1. I just think it would be wierd that 3 would stop working all around the same time because of a frayed wire or bad ground on each. Im just hoping its not the footwell module or something but nothing else isnt working so im stumped until i can test them

 

sorry man, can't help ya --- but I tell ya....things like that are gonna make me get rid of the car sooner rather than later...
