Hello. Just got a used 2008 Clubman S. I have the following problem. Passenger off airbag light on ceiling lit and on both dash. Used scanner MD808 to erase, did not work. Bought the passenger seat bypass module and installed in passenger seat with the seatbelt resistor and the Top ceiling light is gone but the both dash lights are on. Scanned and code 93AD (side airbag) is active. Erased and still active. I saw on the bypass sellers page that if the light has been on for a long time, BMW scanner must be used to erase code in footwell. Any ideas as to HOW to erase this code other than an BMW specific scanner? The Autel MD808 is pretty good but cannot erase the code. Thanks.
