Hi these look cool - but I don’t understand your question. What do you mean by track to them?

I mean a site where to buy them or where to search. They are very difficult to find

Yes,
I would imagine they are very difficult to find.

I don't think that they sold many of them?

Perhaps there are a few laying around in a warehouse somewhere?

The only 2 places where I found actual pictures were at shops in Germany and both places listed them as NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I consider myself lucky to be able to easily get the plain version before it went NLA:

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...h/51710305557/

Even those are difficult to find these days.

If you are determined for the illuminated version,
do-it-yourself is possible:

Good luck with the hunt.

Thank you for the advice and the answer but I don't have the time to do things like that. I will continue with my research.

I found them on Bekkers.com but read a lot of negative reviews about them. What do you think?

Bekkers probably has not updated their listing, but you could always try to contact them and ask if they have them.

I couldn't even find many pictures of them installed,
but here's one:

Found in a thread from 2007:

And,
here from 2008:

Can’t believe those are still available, of course not too cheap.

No, you don't understand! From what I have read bekkers.com is a scam site! I have read quite a few bad reviews about them. In addition speaking with them they do not accept secure payment with paypall .. This makes me think that I have to be careful

I thought you meant the sills got bad reviews. Yeah, if they don’t accept the usual payment type, I would lose that site. I found it very peculiar that they carried that item, seeing as it’s probably been NLA for many years.

The door sills are beautiful. The MINI and JCW world is amazing and the old jcw logo and the old r53 are even more so! Today he lost everything a little. I am faithful to the old school.

You are 100% correct, in particular the 05-06 r53 JCW was the best MINI ever produced, and why they are gaining in value and collectibility, as are all the little goodies that go with them, like the sills. I just scooped up a set of JCW sill covers and arrow grille, new in box, they were not cheap.

I'm in Italy and recently I saw these for sale. They are very rare and ask for a lot of money

I had a feeling you were from Italy (I’m Italian lol) they like the all the neat, hard to find bits. Always posting on FB. Those seats would get $2000 USD or more. Maybe closer to 3 if new condition. Good luck in your searches.

English is good, Italian not so much let’s see what you’re putting them on. I’ve seen some crazy custom MINIS on FB from Italy. An Electric Blue recently with all custom body work and tail lights turned horizontal. Craziest thing I ever seen.

We have MINIS of Boston, a magnet for soccer moms with late models...boring. R53 addicts is the only one I visit, but haven’t looked around much on FB. I find this forum much better, especially for information.

FB groups are bad because the info just drops away and there’s really no way to search for stuff. If you weren’t there at the time of the conversation, the info/answer is lost. Not as bad for older generation MINI’s since there’s a lot of info archived in forums, but not so good for the current and future models once they’re on the way out.

Absolutely love the MINI Challenge stuff!

Would like to have some of those bits 'n bobs.

Hard to find the older Challenge footage --- here's some from Italy at Misano World Circuit:

MINI challenge stuff is so cool. Especially from the old R50 races. Yep a lot of those old JCW parts are nla. If you see them on our site, get the JC parts while you can R50-R53 stuff is pretty much all gone. R55-R61 stuff we are seeing some go nla already. Lots of the body kits and stuff is going.

Check out the marketplace here.
