P0128 - runs cool
So BimmerCode showed this error for awhile but no CEL. Now I’ve got a CEL light. Engine runs around 192F and occasionally gets up to like 202.
thermostat was replaced by previous owner around 60K. And I’ve replaced the coolant sensor around 100K.
When replacing the thermostat do I get one of the kits that has new sensor wires and all the little gaskets.
anyway to tell exactly what’s failing?
will it damage to still drive with this CEL? Seems like running cool wouldn’t be such a big deal.
