Hello! I just recently bought a 2013 Mini Cooper S Countryman and planned on putting some upgrades in it. I bought a K&N cold air intake and installed it, but I'm now having an issue where the car seems to be over boosting or something of the sort. Whenever I do any significant acceleration, the car just cuts into limp mode. I've been told either the MAF sensor might have busted or I need to get a tune on the car. I am also having an issue finding a place that can actually tune my car. Does anybody have any ideas what the main issue issue could be? And are there any hand tuners/ performance chips I could use to fix this air flow problem? Thanks!
I would check all the turbo piping for leaks and the diverter valve
I can also help you with tuning your Countryman
I do a lot the go fast parts and ECU tuning for our Mini Community. Let me know if you are interested in making your Mini faster.
