R53 clutch compatibility with R50
Hi everyone, I have a New spare 2006 Mini Cooper S clutch... A friend has a 2004 Mini Cooper non S and needs a clutch. Would this be an issue using a R53 clutch on a R50 car?

Different diameters. 200 vs 215 mm.
Also the 2004 was the Midlands box, the 2006 S had the Getrag 6 speed, so not a straightforward operation.
