$375 for transmission flush

Does this price seem fair? I was quoted $375 for a transmission flush today for my 2015 F56 JCW.

Seems at least 50% high for auto,
and way overpriced for manual.

I recall getting quotes from $250-$500 with most shops being completely unsure of when to do it mileage wise and how they were going to do it. I think that they rarely got anyone volunteering for this service. Got rid of the car before doing it so that is the next guys problem.

I have had transmission problems lately with a jerk in the low gears that cannot be replicated when I have a SA ride with me. SA recommended a tranny flush if they cannot find any issues this time when I bring my car in.

Am I correct in saying that a "trans fluid flush" is a bit different than and "trans oil/filter change"? The first requires specialized equipment which actually performs a fluid replacement under pressure and removing, cleaning or replacing the filter..... while the second is merely draining the old oil and removing, cleaning or replacing the filter, then refilling. I haven't seen this but I've even heard that there is specialized equipment which performs an internal cleaning of the trans between the old fluid being pushed out and the new oil being pumped in. Anybody else heard of this?
