Request for Part

I know this may not lead to anything, but i am looking for the OEM driving light brackets that go through the grill. I would get VIP, but they are much too expensive for brackets. if anyone has found any or has no use for them, let me know!

Driving Light Bracket

Not much out there for the R60,..I know, am looking for something that won't break the bank also. Factory part includes the grille and is not cheap. VIP is not cheap. I did see a bracket for R60 (although not for S or JCW) that works with other brand driving lights such as Hella, PIAA, etc.

Will see if I can find a pic...

that would work, too bad its across the pond, may order them anyways haha. i do work in manufacturing, but i dont have a CNC punch press to be able to make these. although i know someone who does. and if i could get alot of interest i could get a batch going. but i doubt there would be that many people

Same outfit has kits with either black or chrome lights (Wipac I think) and wiring loom. One thing to consider is the light size...the Mini OEM to me is just the right size, but when you get up to 6" or more, to me they look a bit big. Something to think about.

If you got the halo led driving lights, looks like you need an OEM style bracket (as you mentioned in original email!). Do you know if the attachment is the same as OEM? If it is I think you are stuck with buying the OEM set-up, which is the brackets and grille (grille openings for the bracket are pre-cut). Different part numbers dependent on model (base, S and JCW), you can see them on ECS Tuning and other sites. Mini don't sell those brackets separately for the R60 (do for F60).

This is kit for Countryman S:
