What is that noise? crunch, rattle, lose power, oil light?

2013 R60 S All4-6, upon acceleration, car make rattle crack crunch sound, could be heard from the Driver's window, lost power, then oil light went on. Did this a second time within a couple of minutes. I checked the oil it looks good. Did not repeat today has "threatened" to lose power a couple of time. Went and bought another quart of 5w-30 synthetic to keep in car just in case. Serpentine belt was changed 3000 miles ago along with the oil. I have a new diverter valve that I need to install. New spark plug, coil pack and air filter was installed about 2 months ago. Any suggestions?
Uses 91 octane gas.
I watch the car like a hawk.
Thank you in advance for your speculation and advise.

rattle crack and crunch is not a good sound to hear...I would remove the valve cover and check the chain guides. how many miles and was the timing chain done it?

Timing chain has not been replaced according to CarFax. Have not had the Key Fob read yet. Car has ~64k+ miles on it
Remove the valve cover... I can do that! ...when it stops raining.
It was weird...it did it a couple of times, on the same road, in the same spot, at the same grade/slope. I checked the oil again and it was low which weirded me out because I just checked it a few days earlier. Learned about the twisting the oil stick thing, checked it again. It drank 2 quarts of 5w-30 synthetic Valvoline That cute little car lift light went on a couple of days ago.
