Hello all!

I have a '69 Mk2 with an automatic transmission and recently removed the radiator because my timing cover was leaking. While back there, I saw these two linkages. Can anyone tell me what they are and where they go? I have a feeling the longer arm ties somewhere near the carb, but not sure.

That's the kickdown linkage for the transmission, when you floor it the transmission will kick down a gear if it doesn't make the rpms go too high
