Advice welcome! Swapping my no-nav dashboard

I have an F56 with no navigation system and was thinking of swapping it out for a system I found here: https://www.seicane.com/oem-android-...control-usb-sd

I'm getting tired of that little orange screen and I need some CarPlay in my life! Anyone have experience with this unit? Something similar perhaps?

Was thinking of taking the plunge with my wife's F60 but didn't do it cause there isn't that much support for it, at least that I could find. Go for it and let us know how it turns out.
