Is this a standard JCW design?

Is this a standard JCW design?

Looking at purchasing this 2006 JCW - has about 85K on it and not actually sure what it will sell for (any ideas on fair price?) my question is the flag on the side‽ VIN shows the car as factory JCW with checkmate package, but I haven’t seen this anywhere else

Has anyone seen car like this?

Not 100% sure, but the decals will most likely be aftermarket and not standard JCW design.

Definitely not the factory Checkmate graphics, or any MINI graphics I've ever seen. It should have checkers on the A-panel and U-shaped stripe on the hood which incorporates with the hood scoop.

It looks good in Hyper Blue with the aero side skirts and painted trim, but (IMO) would look a lot better with the factory graphics.

Its a checkmate and they added those wavy graphics and took off the quarter panel ones I bet. Seats and wheels match up, looks like they added the aero kit and possible JCW brake kit.

Miles are relatively good. '06 fJCW is the most desirable R53 hands down (IMHO because i own one ) - which makes pricing difficult because of the unicorn effect. I paid 9k without hesitation for a very similar car in northwest region.

It sounds like a good Mini S JCW and it is worth, what you are willing to pay or it. You should get the vin and check it here: http://bimmer.work/

It will tell you if it is a real JCW and what options are installed. Then buying won't be a guess, as there are many counterfeits out there!
Keep us posted!
