New Age Auto in WPB is where I bring my 09 R57 MCS to. I have seen a quite a few coopers go through there. they're not the cheapest, but the owner (andrew), is honest and the service is fast. He will save you money when he can, and explain in detail, the repairs needed and why they are needed. My car is there right now in fact getting a new HPFP.
