My 2005, JCW Mini...

Finally turned over whopping 19,000 miles yesterday.
So, for that magical feat, I've started the swap to adjustable, rear lower control arms to fix the excessive camber. One done, the other tomorrow.
Next on the list is a pair of adjustable front strut plates.

Only 19k!? Nice! Now you've gotta replace every piece of rubber everywhere due to age or lack of lubrication..

At least the blower should be in tip top shape!

Nah, I've been over most all normal visible rubber...all appears well. No "current" gasket leaks anywhere either, so the o-rings are currently...good too.
So far, my only replacement has been an odd one for such low miles. The right (passenger) side front control arm bushing was mostly trash. Both sides have been replaced.

Badass! That's excellent. Passenger side motor mount even holding up?

That (upper right) motor mount was already replaced by the previous owner.
He put a Vibra-Technics in. He made a big deal, telling me about using this one, then that one, then settling on the Vibra-Technics. I've been thinking to replace the lower too, but haven't.
I haven't finished the rear control arm swap yet. Should be done today though. Too much racing on TV yesterday..!
