I am thinking my head unit may have failed. I've done a little reading but my situation seems to be a little different so I'm posting. I had the white noise problem on all audio choices (radio, aux, cd) then the next day the radio died. However, auxillary is working fine with no white noise. I haven't checked the CD player.


What do you think?

 

The white noise could be the lack of radio reception: Have you checked the antenna wire behind the head unit?

 

No I haven't. There is no white noise now. That only happened for a couple hours and it was from all 3 sources. Now there is nothing at all on radio, while auxiliary works normally.
