R60 Factory badging and de-badging question

Factory badging and de-badging question
I am looking to purchase a 2015 R60 JCW all4. I have some badging questions as I am doing my searching. I have never been a big fan of de-badging, but I’m not sure which badges should be on the cars that I am looking at. I see many cars with the same options and different badges. Can someone help clarify what should be on it or were some based on other factors from the factory?
R60 JCW ALL4 should have:
JCW on the front
ALL4 on both sides on the front door
JCW and C O U N T R Y M A N on the rear
correct?

My co-pilot's factory on-line order for a '15 CM justa had the name across the rear door as an option. She opted it out.
The big annoying C O U N T R Y M A N across the back started in 2014. Not sure if it was just an option (per Brick above) for 14-15 or if it went to 16 as well.
Other than that, you got all the others noted right.
