Total wattage usage

I want to know how much everyone thinks I can run off of my stock battery and alternator. Currently I have a JL 300/2 running Diamond Audio Hex speakers 5.25 components. I would like to add two JL 10w3 and a 500/1 amp to power those. Can my car handle this power draw. If so do I need to watch running lights, heated seats, etc while bumping my music?

thanks!

I can tell you this..........I'm currently running an arc audio 4150 (100 x 4) and a 1500 (1000 x 1) and have no problems with all accessories on while bumping at full volume. Not even any dimmage of lights. I don't have heated seats, but I wouldn't think that would make that much difference.

For reference the alternator in a MINI is 105 amps, which equates to around 1500 watts at 14.5 volts. Granted, if you draw this amount of current from the alternator with your amps, there is nothing left for the rest of the car. Now even played at full tilt boogie an amp rarely has a continuous draw anywhere near it's maximum possible current draw, so even a killer system can live quite nicely with a stock electrical system.

If you plan on getting totally crazy with amps, you'd benefit by installing a voltmeter to keep tabs on your battery voltage.

I Currently run a JL 300/4,500/1,JL10w7,Diamond hex 5.25 front and Diamond hex 6.5 in the rear and a yellow top battery. I can say I have no problems with the lights or any thing else. Ive been hitting hard for 2 years with no problems.
