Cooper S hood on a base model

I recently bought a 2008 mini base with the hardtop and it has some hood damage. I figure if I have to buy a hood I might as well get the sport hood..
I just need to know if it will fit right on or will I need to change stuff, like the grill, headlights, hood trim etc...

Not positive, but isn't the Goodwood hood off of a European diesel....that is, not just a base Cooper hood?

Start by looking at realoem.com. From what I remember besides the hood the front moulding on the hood, the grille and the lock bridge are different part numbers between the base hood and the sport hood

His car is a 2008 gen 2. Gen 1 had the headlight mounted in the hood. 2008-2012 should fit as everything else is the same. Fenders, latches, headlamps, and hinges all have the same part numbers regardless if “S” or “Justa”
