R52 Vibration on idle

I have put rubber strips between the x braces and the fuel tanks, rubber o-rings at suspension to body connectors and an ATI crank pulley. The first helped remove some at the rear, the second helped a little but the handling suffered and the third did nothing. I have one rattle in the back that I think is the plastic tailgate interior trim but it goes away when the car is warmed up a little.
There is thread here somewhere on a guy that took the dash apart and put some surgical type tape at all the joints.
Turn the radio up and get use to the rear view mirror image looking like there is vasoline smeared on the mirror.

Motor Mounts
Please take a look at the photo I posted in this section about the PanAm Mini. The photo shows where to look for leaking hydraulic fluid which will indicate a failed passenger side engine mount.
I didnt consider this replacement too hard. Pelican Parts has a good tutorial on their website, although I didn’t need to remove the wheel liners. You’ll definitely need a good floor jack, four jackstands, a solid, stable floor to work on, and that’s about it. The rest is basic 3/8” and 1/2” ratchets, breaker bars, extensions and torque wrench. The only special tool is an E12 socket for removing one bolt. (There’s no shortcut; you must have that socket). I noticed a HUGE reduction in vibration after doing this. Some rattles remain, but you can’t fix rattles if your car vibrates so badly.
