I recently bought a 2013 convertible with 17,000 miles. The top operated fine for a few months, but now is stuck in the sunroof position. It has not locked and will not close or open. The nearest dealer said to lower the windows then hold down the window switches for 5 seconds to reset the electronics. This has not solved the problem. Open for suggestions. Not a temperature situation, I live in the South.
