I bought one of the first sets in the US back '08 for my R53. I've got almost 150k on them and have had them rebuilt twice. So far, they are still performing well.
With that said, they are good option for street and track. Maybe not a dedicated track setup, but really good for HPDE and the like.

 

A pending sale fell through... these are still for sale.
