Are these factory racks?

Anyhow, any idea on where I can get 4 of the end caps for these?

those are the factory ones...they where rare when i was looking for the roof system, i think my search only resulted in 3 complete kits......i would say try the dealer..........i found it funny when i seen that the covers had little doors that opened ( and flopped open very easily without any effort and they where not even secure at all from falling off ) to expose the rail ends when you could easily pop the covers off as a whole, anyhow i glued my little doors on permanently......hope you find some..

Hello Everyone, I know this post is old, but I'm actually in the same situation and I need to find these end caps. Currently the link above says it's "no longer available" and I've look on eBay and googled the hec outta this. Does anyone know where to get this or maybe recommend a real good 3d Printing company???

Just a thought- caps can fall into the outer shell. I had my rails stored for the winter and was sure everything was complete, but when I took them out for spring that little door was missing from one. I looked everywhere for it with no luck. Eventually I yanked off the plastic end shell and found the missing piece inside. Wasted all that time looking when the part was there all along!

 

Hmmm great idea…I’ll check that.

Nice thanks for the link! There’s no picture but the part numbers do match. I’ll give it a shot worst case scenario I lose 10 bucks!!! If it's legit I'll let you guys know!

 

Just checked again and they are NLA, for a while we had some left over when MINI had zero stock worldwide. People bought them up quick.

Ugh, I just got an email cancelling my order!! Oh well, it was worth a try!!!

 

Yep that's what i figured. Worth a shot. We are quick to set things and we can see what's in stock to double check some times. Also we can get things that MINI blocks in the USA. Hence the Genuine European MINI parts on our site. Lots of USA MINI dealers workers buy those parts from us as they like them and cannot get them through their own dealers.

Now I have 3 Support Foot Covers and missing one! Having 1 missing is driving me nuts!! Has anyone ever come up with an idea to somehow cover up all 4 sides with some kind of substitute covers? I'm trying to think of something nice that could maybe wrap around the 4 foot covers that doesn't look horrible.

Any thoughts would be great!
