My 03 R53 - JUST A CLEAN MODEST LOOK :)

Took delivery 6 months ago. 2003 with 24k miles. Car was in showroom condition.

After a few months of searching. Finally got 2 sets of BBS RS to be able to run all 4 rears.

Project began. De-tint. De-chrome. Joey mod 05-06 tails. Black house headlights.

42 draft design 4x100 to 5x114.3 lug conversion to avoid re-drilling the BBS ....Test fit wheels and measure stance.... and finally a drop

Installed R53 grill, Painted lip and Headlight Rings.

De-badge and Re-badged with Land Rover supercharged badge and R53 emblem.

Got a few R53 OEM accessories

Took a few shitty iphone shots

Car is back on stand waiting for the BBS's RS lips being re-machined restoration to BNIB condition. But here is my latest addition

Thank you for looking

Congrats, gotta love finding a good old low mileage car. They make the best to start a project.

It looks great!

Those badges on the hatch just don't look right though IMO.

Was the window tint on the outside!?

They're all 17's: the 1 inch lips is why I got 2 sets. I have the other set for sale. It will come with half inch lips. On my pics. The fronts are still the .5 inch incase you are curios on how they look.

The set is for sale for $1500.00

I was just being jealous and wanting them for free. There's no universe where I can justify that on my car. They look fantastic, though. You've done very well. Very OEM+

No sir. In the inside. I fabric steam inside and out because it's cold here in Seattle. Makes it come out with no glue residue.

Where did you get the camera mount? Would it work with other cameras with a standard screw-type fitting?

Consider painting the hood and bumper behind the grill black to help them disappear.

Do your wheels rub on the wheel wells?

Looks nice, tastefully done.

Very neat job. The shifter **** takes it over the top.

I miss the neighborhoods in Seattles suburbia.

It doesn't fit screw on type cameras. It's go pro specific mount.

thanks good idea. Maybe plasti dip

Thanks. No rubs. I cut the plastic fenders and sanded them flat. Also trimmed the fender liner. Those are replaceable. I'm far from the actually metal fender.
