Hey, how did you get the pre-facelift headlight apart?! Everywhere I've looked, people have said not to do it, as the housing plastic melts before the glue, but I'm fairly determined to make it work. I just don't want to dremel/cut as not to introduce potential areas for moisture to get in.

Car Shades makes a nice set. The shade for the hatch is in two pieces instead of one like the OEM set, but it has been fine for me.

Thanks for the photos! I'm not sure if the two piece design was their best choice. I guess for shipping purposes it helps, but they could make a one piece of they wanted to. I know it's an older model, but damn it bmw keep making parts for the r53! Lol
