I pulled the wheels/tires off with about 2000 miles on them. They've been sitting in my garage for a year so it's time to sell them.

I'm in the Seattle area and would prefer to not have to ship them. I'm really just looking to get a few hundred bucks out of them. Let's start at $200 (for all 4) and see where we get.

What color are the wheels? White or silver? What tires are they? Would you consider selling 2 of them?

I live in Washington and make it to Seattle often, so shipping would not be an issue.

I'll check these out tonight and post tomorrow the EXACT condition of these tires/wheels. I'll only take pictures of problems since we all know what these tires/wheels look like when new.

Curiousity! what kind of problems those tires/wheels are? To be honest! I'm very new in here. I just bought my MCS late July 2004 and also I'm just an international student who's in love with MINI.

"problems" are mostly the weight and the performance characteristics of the all season tires.


I've gone to aftermarket rims and non-runflat tires since I take this car to the track and enjoy spirited driving.

That's about it.

 

Alrighty, here's the report on the condition of these wheels/tires.

Wheel/Tire #1: perfect condition
Wheel/Tire #2: perfect condition
Wheel/Tire #3: a pinhead(literally that small) size dot near the center on one of the "spokes"
Wheel/Tire #4: a 2" by 1/8" max curb scrape thingie on the outmost edge of the rim. It's at most 1/8" in the center and tapers off to nothing on the edges. Minor battle scar.

There you have it.

I will take them for $200 and ship you the boxes/labels to ship them(I'll ship one box with the other 3 in it w/return labels). All you'll need to do is tape the boxes together and place the wheels/tires in the 4 boxes, then put the labels on(prepaid UPS) and then call UPS for pickup.

Let me know, I'll paypal the funds immediately if so. Please, I will even pay you $20 for the extra time of taping the boxes. I appreciate the consideration.

I am actually more interested in the tires than the rims but I assume you want to sell them as a package. Are the tires in good condition? It sounds like you are looking for offers above $200 so I will offer $300, assuming the tires only have 2K wear. I live in Seattle as well so shipping won't be an issue. Let me know. Thanks.
