R50/53 Anyone know how to get the seat back off?
It will be necessary to remove the seats from the car to gain the access you'll need.
The carpeted cover on the rear of seats can be removed easily by using a pic tool and prying the edges out. After that, the seat leather can be loosened by unclipping the tab that holds it into place.
Refer to the picture to see how the seat carpet is held into place, also notice the black plastic tab that holds the leather into place.
