New tires stick like glue

So many people say they have these but I can't move forward. Can't reverse. Can't even jack up the car.

Could be worse I suppose. It could be like riding on rails and hoping a train doesn't come along.

I think they are a value brand of Nankang made for Walmart. 115/70-15.
