Nothing in photo with part to determine scale.
What year MINI, is it from a pre-2001 Classic ?

Almost positive that's what it is.

Or the rear seat pivot ?? Can you get that other side ? Where did you find it.

Was told it came out of the tranny, seems it was causing it to lock up
