Two incidents in one day. First the drivers door lock. Then driving slowly up the street in 1st gear heard a rather loud snap like snapping a piece of stout plastic in half. Seemed in center of car. What next.

 

Flip her over , rub her belly and ask her what's wrong !!!

That's what I do with my girl when she gets snappy

Seriously jack the car up, crawl under and see what broke where the sound was coming from.

And then...

 

I would jack up the car and see whats going on, for the door handle and lock.

For the center of the car , could have been a lower front belly pan falling off ?

Half of my belly pan was missing when I got the car, the other half got left off after the last time I took the front end off lol. It looks symmetrical. I'm thinking of tracing the half I have and making one out of aluminum.
