How do I remove the license plate light covers to change them out? I tried prying the covers off the same way one can do with the interior light covers but these ones won't budge. Anyone know how to remove them properly?

Some great info here about the trunk lip grip and lens : Press into that tab and out to the side and when you replace it snap it in all the way or water will get in a corrode everything.
