After 4 summers, my Conti contact 3's 235/40/19's are in need of replacement... Been looking at the Michelin A/S 3's but are only available in either
225/40 or 245/40. Would really like to stay the same or go to a bit of a wider tire.. Anyone running 245/40/19's on there Countryman...mine is a all4s.

We have a customer here today with the JCW countryman and the OEM tire size is 225/40/19 89W.

 

Would you think a 245/45/19
Would fit without any rubbing .?

While 225/40 vs 245/40 isn't a huge difference, we only install the factory size tires so I would not be able to confidently answer that question. If you have a local tire shop near you they may be able to answer that question better.
