Halloween Rally

I noticed that up in the New England States, they are going to have a halloween rally...is this something that would interest anyone? I know we have the Devil's Tramping Ground around here, but I read their thread and it sounded pretty cool. Although I do have to admit Halloween is my favorite holiday! Too bad I don't get it off! Anyway, if there is any interest in this, we can figure out some good twisties to run and possibly haunted ones! Possibly meet somewhere centralized in the state to have the run as well! I can always look into hotel rooms for people coming a distance.

With the 2005 Convertible available in Orange, I suspect a pumpkin theme.

If there is a haunted get-together of some sort, we'll be there.

Haunted Sites

Hello to all of you. Your Halloween motor sounds like it could be entertaining. This web site may help with your research and planning, http://theshadowlands.net/ghost/. I enjoy the reading of the various haunts and there is a link of the paranormal by state. Hope this will help with your planning.

Awesome! I know that I'll be in Wilmington the week of, so it would either have to be on Saturday or Sunday night! I'll do some checking around for good ghost twisties and hopefully I can find something! Feel free to let me know of any good "spooky" trails to go on!

Halloween Ride

Just one question...are people more up for the motor on Halloween Sunday or that Saturday before? Either day is groovy with me since I normally am out on Halloween and usually take off November 1.

If one day works better for others, then I'll go on and start getting some nice haunted twisties together!

Ideas

It would be nice to do it the week before. Family obligations on that night. Maybe a dress up your MINI? A Tour of regional haunted drive throughs. (You know those places you drive through thier field and they jump out at you. How about a Dealership trick-or treat????

I could do the week before too! I can always dress like I do when I go to the Goth club here! I"m up for whenever it's convenient for most! I think it'll be very fun!

Halloween Motor

We would love to attend and Charleston is one of our favorite towns. I work for a motel chain and would be staying in our brands location in Mt Pleasant. For ourselves, the Sunday would be best for my work schedule.

Low Country Tour

It would be really cool to do a low country tour through Beaufort, Up through Charleston, to Murrels Inlet (Alice's Grave) Hit Pawleys (Gray Man) etc... Although the low country lacks the mountains, I love driving those island roads with the live oaks and moss hanging over the road. The roads are tight. They make great (tight) night driving etc...

Wave --

That sounds cool, and I’d love to come. You’re right; we spend too much time up in the mountains, and I’d love to get to know the coastal area… Halloween and a nighttime drive along the islands sound perfect.

Are you volunteering to put this drive together? I’m sure you could get a lot of help doing it.

Yup, does sound cool! If it will be done in SC, I'll have to hand it off to someone who is more familiar with the area than me, and it sounds like that Wave may have a killer or spooky course in mind! Buwahahaha!!! Nothing like traveling haunted roads!

Looking forward to this...sounds like it's going to be great!

I'm up for just about any drive once the car gets here.
