BattleTune stage 3

So I just got my car back from installing the DP (CNTracing catless DP) and installed the BT Stage 3 tune (non linear). I started with this one because it was the first one on my accessport, lol. Anyways, wife gave me some groceries to get,a nd I gladly obliged. I found an empty on ramp and here are my results:

Parameters:
Slight uphill gradient onramp onto highway
86* F
67% humidity
29.91 inHG

I am sorry for the blurry picture, but I just downgraded to my old iPhone 4 after my wife broke my 5. If you cannot read, it says 5.69 0-60. The car is using a P3 Gauge that uses live ECU data (what the car thinks it is doing) and the clock starts when the vehicle is in motion, and stops as soon as it reaches 60MPH. I really feel like this is a solid 5.2-5.5 vehicle with a good launch, good shifting, and on a flat piece of pavement. If anyone is on the fence, I implore you all to look at battletuning in San Francisco. They do an e-tune that includes future support. This Mini is quite the little go kart now!

Nice result. I have that gauge but haven't used that function yet. Definitely go out and find a flat piece of pavement.

Are you sure you have a Battle Tune? The are in LA and they don't tune Accessports, they tune Powergate 3's. Either way nice results!

I believe he is referring to the non-linear tune. The AP was non-linear so he tried out the DNA non-linear tune first. (As opposed to DNA linear tune)

Yea sorry guys, a bit of misinformation. Yes it is battletune and I mispoke, they are in LA not San Fran. I used their etune service with a Powergate 3. Currently, I have the non linear tune installed (instead of the aggressive linear tune). I plan on Dynoing both this weekend (hoefully) to get some accurate numbers and accurate a/f ratio for slight adjustments. Currently, I found out my mini has a coolant leak, so i will be getting a new reservoir and a full flush.

For comparison sake, tonight I did a 0-60 run also using the p3 gauge. I do have the JB+ installed and set at 50% (default). The road was dead flat as far as I can tell.

I do feel that I got a pretty good run. I did NOT launch, and traction control was ON and did ever so slightly kick in.

Results 6.07 seconds, nearly 4 tenths slower than your time, and you say that you should be able to shave a little more off, so possibly the stage 3 non-linear tune is up to 8 tenths faster than the JB+, not bad at all.

Note: I have no idea what is the accuracy/uncertainty/error of the gauge.

Interesting; I just installed the BT in my 09 JCW after using the Ultimate Chip for 10 months. I used to make 204 whp and 223 wt w/ the Chip (and a E45 turbo). Now....I'm withholding press until I give them a chance. Perhaps there's something amiss w/ my motor:-(NOT related, caused or attributable to BT), Starting diagnostics soon.

204WHP seems a bit low. On the BT thread, there are people with less mods and a lower stage tune on a MCS with 210+. I would definitely do some diagnosis. I should have my Dyno results this weekend, but I am hoping for the 250 crank hp range (220WHP) and 220+ WTQ. I wish I could get on the road right now, now that I have done coolant flush, but it is raining out :(

That 204WHP is with the ultimate chip he said the car was down from that with his battle tune installed hence diagnostics.

What's confusing is that my engine makes good power with the chip not with Battle.
Could the issue be the Battle tune and the upgraded turbo?

Could it also be an adjustment period for the new tune?
