3000rpm stumble

i have had and having a strange lean spot right around 2900-3300 rpm. and for some reason its only with light throttle around 25-35% throttle . under certain loads. does not matter what gear its in. goes away with less throttle or more than the range i said above.

I could feel it when i had the stock injectors in but with the 380s its very pronounced.

now i have read a lot of things, and need to start checking but from what i can see it can be anything.

i have read issues with... vacuum/boost leaks, BPV, throttle body, ecu (as in tune it out)....

im going to start with a vaccum/boost leak test then work with finding a stock bpv to put back in.

Any ideas as what the heck is going on besides the above listed?
