ProClip Mount

Does anyone happen to know whether the ProClip mount for the R56 (http://www.proclipusa.com/dashboard-...dtop/2013.cmsv) fits the F56?

No, it won't. You might be able to kludge it in halfway to the right passenger air vent, but that's out of reach and it'd block the dash compartment.

No problem, had mine out of my former R56 (chipped a bit but usable) and was able to see. I'm hoping they come out with something, I love having my phone within reach and I haven't seen anything else out there I like yet.

FYI looks like proclip has a mount for the F56 now.

Unfortunately I see that the part of the mount that attaches to the phone is not adjustable on the fly. My wife and I use different cases on our phones, making the widths different, and I need a mount that automatically adjusts.

I had an iOttie in my VW and was pretty happy with that, but that dash is very different from the F56. I have the feeling that a dash topside mount or a windshield mount will feel very obstructive and so am looking for other options.

Right above where it says "add to cart" it mentions that it's not for models with built in Navigation. Just noticed and thought I'd mention that.

I have this mount in my 1st Gen MCS and my 2nd Gen Roadster. All metal, easy to use, easy to install, looks solid and expensive.

For the Roadster I considered a ProClip, but in the end I wanted my phone by the steering wheel. I also didn't like the ProClip being plastic.

Craven now makes one for the 3rd Gen F56.
