Engine mount help

I recently purchased a 2010 JCW Clubman and I need to purchase an engine mount. I am sure I am like most of you and want to upgrade any parts I replace so I was looking at the mini madness polyurethane engine mount and the NM option. I can't find much feedback on the polyurethane mount. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Why you have to replace the engine mount? or you just want to upgrade the OE engine mount with a better one just for performance

Most of the time upgrading to components like this will add noise, vibration, and harshness (otherwise known as NVH). Lots of good info in this NAM thread here.
