Mirrors and Roof Graphics
There are mostly two types Union Jack or UJ and Checkered for both the mirror caps and roof decal. For the roof decal dependent on what MINI you have and if you have a sunroof or not , there is many options out there.
There is also the new Ray Line series for the R56+ MINIs : which has a neon color pallet.

It may be much less expensive to go to a local sign or sticker place. Anyone that does "vinyl wraps" of cars can do your roof and/or mirrors, and you can customize the design to your heart's content.
But it won't be the "correct" MINI roof and mirrors at that point. That matters to some.
