...since I bought my first Mini. I wont lie, the first few weeks I wondered if I had made a mistake. Learning the clutch, and playing in a band (you should see it with 2 guitars, pedalboard and Super Reverb in the back :D )was a lot to take on quickly. Ive always said though, you need to bond with your car. It is your friend.
Well, over this summer, two trips in particular made that happen.
One was around Lake George, on a very twisty mountain road..at night...with sport mode on...in the summer, sunroof open....what a night!!
Second was a midnight run to the next state to see a very special girl, it was like the Mini was rooting for me.
So id just like to check in and say DAMN I LOVE MY CAR!

I had very similar experience ... doubted the purchase of my mini .... But every time I get in it it's a blast to drive ... even when I'm trying to figure out how to go to Home Depot. Now I try to get everyone to buy one!

After joining this forum, I was scared of my purchase also. But like most everybody I love my MINI every time I drive it.

 

Cramming stuff in it is half the fun :D

I was the same way. i always doubted the mini's because they were so small and i heard bad things about the reliability. then i test drove one at a dealer and that day walked out keys in hand. never doubted it since. i love this car. Even after all the money i've dumped in to it i still cant get over how much i love it.

Ill get there with the mods....some simple touches to separate my mini from any other..thats one thing I love about them. No two are the same

 

I have buyers remorse with everything, even lunch. Never for one second have I regretted buying my MINI

I LOVE my MINI! Whenever I drive my girlfriend's car I miss the personality of mine. I'd be jealous of my Mum's BMW convertible w/ twin turbos, BUT it's an automatic. (Ugh!)

 

Had my MCS for 36 days now and still loving it. Only buyer's remorse is that I chose the Mini over a 335is convertible. That feeling only comes back when I see a 335is convertible on the road, other than, I am a happy camper. I will soon forget that feeling once I add some mods to my Mini.

I have successfully got one of my friend to get a Mini. She just ordered the 2014 countryman S. I love seeing other Minis on the road and having that feeling that I belong to a unique group.
