If you are still looking for one the 65203442169 part # (which is yours) has superseded to 65203456090 . So you can cross ref or if you cant find one, we have it here.

I may buy one but can you tell me, are they pretty much plug-n-play? My nav is stuck in one spot and after removing the antenna I discovered it to be heavily corroded and could even hear grit and pieces inside it when i shook it. Can I just put the new one on and it will start working? Or do I need to do any sort of reprogramming?

It looks to be plug and play, sounds like you have some interior damage and corrosion that's pretty bad. I would start with that antenna as most likely the Nav computer lost signal, hopefully nothing grounded out and shorter the Nav CCC computer.

Yeah, a little hesitant to spend $160 not knowing for sure it is the problem however you gotta start somewhere. I think this will solve it, there was a GPS antenna fail code thrown when I had the car inspected prior to purchasing.

Do you have the antenna itself as well? mine is pretty rough. The factory original or anything else you recommend, like a stubby one. Thanks

The newer design factory stubby looks really good 83mm. There is also the original factory MINI 105mm Stubby design which is URO brand. The stubby type do give your MINI a cleaner look. Depends on what look you want. Here are both. They come with multiple threads inserts to fit the multiple bases.

Both here:
