Looks like you have an 05 or 06 MCS.

 

this is off a 2007 mini i believe it will fit a r53 r55 and r56 correct me if im wrong

 

it will not fit r53

Did you remove the wing from the spoiler or did you have to buy a new spoiler. I want to remove mine too.
