Silver turn signal bulbs for a 2013?

Anyone know if Mini changed the turn signal bulbs in the 2013's? I ordered a pair of the silver bulbs from Way Motor Works, but they are the wrong ones. I've emailed them so will see what they say, but in searching theirs and other sites, it seems all of the silver bulbs are single filament. Mine are dual filament and have two contact points in the bulb and socket. A single contact bulb won't work.

Maybe it is a late 2013 change? Lana was built the first week of June. Anyone with a CMS have success in replacing the front turn signals with a non-yellow bulb?

Mine were 2357. Dual filament and two contact points. That's on a 2012 though. It should say on the bulb.

Likely Countryman(s) are different, but for my 2012 MCS I had to buy one of each (and actually a pair of each), single- and dual-filament.

The passenger side is dual-filament, I think due to that Euro-spec "leave the right side illuminated when parked" function. Anyhow: it really did use dual-filament on the passenger side, single-filament on the driver's side.

Look great, after all that :-)

If you haven't already you'll need to pull the bulbs and order the # located on it. Mini uses two diffent bulbs. Check out sixity.com for their selection of bulbs that is where I got mine.

good luck!

Tis looks right, but says rear turn signal. http://www.sixity.com/silver-off-amb...nal-bulbs.html

I'll have to research. I hate electrical. Watts, ohms, Volts, amps, ugh.

Thanks for the link. I didn't write down the number on the stock bulb. I just noticed it wasn't what I was sent and frustrated, I put it back. I'll see what WMW says. No response so far. :-(

But your link looks exactly like my bulb, so it does exist.

WMW responded. New bulbs will be on the way early next week. Hopefully that will fix it.

Or just paint the originals with a light coat of silver. I've done this when I first got the car. All is good still.

I definitely will. I'll take pics and stick them in Evernote for future reference, so I'll post the data here as well.
