I'm new to the Mini community, so I thought I'd ask some advice/ideas on a potential purchase.

The car I'm looking at is an 04 Cooper S with 51k on the odometer. I looked up the KBB for it and got about 13k. That seems a little high for a car that sold for $20k ten years ago. Thoughts?
