Blue/grey leather/cloth headrests from a first generation MINI (I believe they were said to be from a 2006, but don't recall with certainty). I know for sure these will fit all first and R56-based 2nd generation cars (hardtop, Clubman, coupe, roadster, convertible), but I don't know if the post spacing is different on the Countryman so can't speak to those.
Early headrests like these don't protrude as much as the newer headrests so may be more comfortable to some folks as they don't stick out from the seat back and push the head forward - they sit more or less flush with the seat backs in 2nd generation MINIs. I purchased these for my R55 due to my wife's constant complaining about the original headrests. She found these much more comfortable.
I no longer have my MINI, so no longer have a need for these. Headrests are in excellent condition - no rips, stains, fraying, etc. Only real fault with them is the fact that they're blue and grey, so won't match any 2nd gen interiors - if you want them to match you'd have to either reupholster them or get something like Redline Goods' leather headrest covers (I've bought from them before, highly recommended).
Asking $50 $40 shipped within the continental US via USPS Priority Mail, OBO.

Wonder what the production numbers were like - might not mind having one of those as my next MINI...
The checkers on the A-Panel could easily be removed. They're just a solid sheet of vinyl. The interior in that package is nice... space blue and gray. Dash is blue, door ovals are blue, the seats are gray in blue just like your headrests.
We have the checkmate package in our 06 PW R50.
