Part number for exhaust hanger for miltek catback

Hey guys, Does anyone have an updated part number on for the exhaust hanger they used to get proper clearance for the miltek exhaust? It used to be 17219 but it seems they changed their part numbers.

Also does anyone have the torque specs for the exhaust brackets and the exhaust flanges?
