Purchasing a pre-owned '12 ALL4 Auto

Hello all! I'm buying this car: http://www.autofind.com/group/detail...C5C59CWL56559/

My wife and I are very excited! We've always wanted a MINI but needed something with four doors.

Any thoughts or recommendations besides taking it to a local dealership and getting her checked out? Is that a good price? It has got some interesting options... Like the sunroof and premium sound but no MINI Connected or auto a/c controls. The coffee color leather interior is also a rare option and a good alternative to carbon black since it will be moving to Texas where the summers are hot. I was surprised at what the list price was for an ALL4 with the options it does have. (Cold weather package, power folding mirrors, auto dimming mirrors and compass, premiun sound, USB and Bluetooth, dual sunroof, stripes, coffee leather seats, auto transmission, armrest and split rail with bucket seats).

Any other options that might be on this particular vehicle I'm unaware of? Any potential problems I might run into given the year?

Ah, they took it down since we bought it. $24,955 before TT&L and shipping to Texas.

Congrats! I've just bought ALL4 '11 fully loaded for $23.2. I think you've got yours for a good price.

Wow. 21K miles. I think that is a good price, and IMHO, you wouldn't want Nav/Connected. I didn't opt for it in my order. I think you'll LOVE it personally, and that seems like a fair price to me.

I like that pic of the split rail in the back. I've not seen one in person or even in a picture, so I have an idea now of what I am getting.

I have Connected without Nav, I do like the screen - but that's a really good deal and it's not that important.

I also have an automatic, I think they work really well in the S. I personally like it much better switched to "Sport" mode, which I do every time I get in...

Since you do have USB you may want to look at getting a smart phone holder - I have and really like the CravenSpeed holder, which is really easy to install, very sturdy, can fit a wide range of phones (including phones with cases), and is not prone to being stolen or noticed as other holders might be. I run a cable from the USB port by the parking brake, along the floor and behind the steering wheel to reach the dock.

Enjoy your MINI!

Thanks for the tips!

This one comes with a cradle for the iPods, will it also adjust to fit the iPhone 4 and 5? I think I want a cradle for a Gamin GPS up by the tach. Do they sell those also?
