I would like to change my side scuttels (fixture) and i'm trying to find some help about the side scuttels removal (the whole part)... Can you help me ?

I found a post but I don't know how proceed...

Is there any videos or something ??

If you have a MINI dealership near you, ask them. The salesman who sold me my MINI changed mine for me. It took like five minutes. I could not find a video online on how to do it myself for the R60. It is an R60 you are talking about, right?

That's a good how-to.

We have the JCW version here which show the backing and scuttle insert. You can see how the insert attaches and he clips that go into the body are mounted / held.

Watch the little clips on the back that clip into the main side scuttle trim cover. If you remove the inserts to change them out.

I hate to dig up an old post, but does anyone know the name or part number of the clips that hold the scuttles to the car. I started to take my scuttles off but the clips are old and are breaking. I don't want to remove them for paint until I know I can get them back on.

 

The little blue clips ( seen above ) that hols the side scuttle to the body are here: 51139804996 on the Countryman / Paceman .
