Is this setup possible?

Found these wheels for sale and would like some help to see if it is possible to run. The wheels are 5x114.3 but will run adapters. the specs on the wheels are 19x8+8 front and 16x9+15 rear.

Will the wheel adapters serve as wheel spacers? If they do then they may cause the wheels to stick out even more.

What tires were you planning to use? Sizes?

19x8 et8 in front would stick out 2.2" farther than stock so you would need a wide fender arch added.

Michelin Pilot Super Sport comes in 235/30-19 but fits rims 8.5" wide and doesn't come in any 16" sizes for the rear wheels.

225/35-19 would fit the 8" wide rim but is tall at 25.2" tire diameter, leaves less clearance and looks oversized.

The rear 16x9 et15 rim will stick out 2.1" more than stock, again a wide fender arch would be needed. What tire size? 245/45-16?
Fuzion ZRi tires? Comes in 225/35-19.

Overall in my opinion these wheels are not worth considering, not to mention wrong bolt pattern.

I'm guessing this is a typo and the OP actually meant 16x8 et8 and 16x9 et15.

Doesn't matter either way though these won't work unless you want to run tons of camber and go for this look:

This is the other option if you don't like camber

That is much better but needs wider flares IMO.
