Can I upgrade to polyurethane bushings?

Mini tech said my front A arm bushings were starting to push out some. Car should be fine for a while, but I'm going to start planning ahead.

So, do they make poly bushings for that part of the suspension?
Any other bushings I could / should upgrade when I get the work done?

Yup. Waymotorworks sells them prepressed into brackets...makes installation a lot easier (or cheaper if you're not doing yourself).

Way, what else do you suggest I get replaced / upgraded?

Here's the list so far:
Front A arm bushings
Front sway bar bushings
Steering rack bushings

Anything else?

Astro, I had a philosophy and it has served me well with a new MINI... I will continue it as The Dread Pirate gets older... Fix/replace any and all things that need to be whenever they need to be.

That should be all you need as long as the ball joints are in good shape.
We can ship these in one USPS flat rate box to make the shipping as cheap as possible, so ignore the shipping price the website comes up with.

Sounds good! Thanks! I'll order in a month or 2. Won't be back in FL for a while to have them installed.

FYI- They squeak within a thousand miles and cause a lot more interior noise & rattles.

Yes I used the supplied lube on my bushings.

I've had zero squeaks from Powerflex LCA, engine, and sway bushings and it's been
several years since they all went in. Yes, more vibration at idle with the a/c on if
you put most of the engine/trans mounts in, but barely any more than stock with
one large upper and one large lower engine mount insert.

I did all those bushings when I did my clutch cause I had the subframe out. I got all the ball joints as well on eBay and I think there was a set of all four for 60 or 70 bucks. I thought it was a good idea to give the front end a refresh since I have 100000 miles.
