I'm sure it's a nice car, but your ad is making it sound like it's a money pit instead of a kept up car with all issues addressed. I would stick to the work that was done and not mention the costs as it could scare potential buyers. Also, I couldn't care less how much it cost you to register the car since anyone who buys a car has to pay to get it registered and it adds zero value to the buyer. It actually raises more questions as it makes it sound like you just bought it and got spooked by the repair costs so now you're bailing out.
Chances are you're not going to like my comment but I would never consider the car because of this.
Good luck with the sale.
01-05-2013--(4) New Goodyear Eagle GT's (205/45/17) on 17 inch BLACK Clubman/GP Wheels...(there is SOME rash on the front wheels, but very little)....The tires have around 250 miles on them, and also a 4 wheel alignment at a cost of $650.00.
Also on01-18-2013--The oil pan gasket was REPLACED, at a cost of $412.58.
Also on 01-18-2013--The Power Steering Pump, and hoses were REPLACED, as they were leaking, they were replaced with NEW parts from BMW Mini, at a cost of $676.89.
Also on 01-12-2011--Clutch/Installed NEW Clutch KIt, and Flywheel was done, along with Drivers door window regulator for a cost of $1888.80 parts ($824.80) and ($1064.00) labor. Clutch still feels like new.
Since I have owned her, I have put $1739.47, into her, and that doesn't include the $1135.00 in taxes, tags, and registration costs since she was bought out of state....So that is a total of $2874.47, and that doesn't include the cost of the clutch and flywheel.

sounds like he is trying to justify the asking price on his car...
But putting new tires, power steering pump, clutch isn't going to raise the value of the car to sky high. In fact it still would be in the same bracket as a well maintained and kept car. Sounds like you were just doing the preventative maintenance.
Fredo he will dislike both of these posts but it is truthful nonetheless.
Trim some fat on the AD on ebay make it look like it a well maintained car vs money pit. BTW I LOVE THE COLOR
Good luck with your sale.

Something's strange there. It's an '05, but it has the alarm light on the right stalk. Should be a yellow 'low wiper fluid' light there.
What can I say, I'm a stickler for details.

Sounds much better now - to me at least. I hope you sell it for what you're looking for. I usually have really good luck with Craigslist local sales. Can't think of a car I have not sold within a week or two, except for a 20k BMW that needed just the right buyer with cash. The problem with Craigslist are the lowball offers which I just delete without responding.
Good luck, sounds like a nice car.
